My Baby Dresses

When I was expecting Madison, my Mom gave me a wonderful surprise. She pulled out several pieces of clothing that were mine as a baby. I just had to capture the moment of my girls wearing my baby dresses. Thank you Nanny! The blue dress was in need of some restoration. Thank you Nana for making the dress look perfect! The girls are even sitting in the very rocking chair that was mine....
Sisterly love!
I had to capture this as well..it's as if Madison still can't decide which hand she likes to use best. I'm hoping she'll be a lefty :)

"God put me together!"

Just reminiscing when Nanny was here and we tried making noses out of playdoh.
Later tonight, Madison told me "Mommy, God put me together!"

Scissors

Cutting playdoh with scissors (thank you Julie for the tips!) Can't decide if she wants to use her right or left hand.

Make-up?

The other day an older friend put some make-up (sparkly white eyeshadow) on Madison and Reagan. After coming home, all they talked about was wanting make-up. So one day we decided to go crazy with lipstick. They had fun.

I see me in the mirror!

Madison's Favorite Clothes Ever

If Madison could, she would wear this every day. She asks daily "Can I wear my princess gown?"

Reagan went poopee and pee pee on the potty!

Reagan has been so motivated by watching her older sister. This evening she went poopee and pee pee on the big girl potty. Maybe she'll be potty trained soon!

Brussel Sprouts

I decided to try out brussel sprouts with the girls. I thought they might be intrigued with the shape of them. Madison (who typically eats anything I put in front of her) turned up her nose. Reagan went for it......
If you look carefully, you can see the brussel sprout juice coming from her mouth. She ate every single brussel sprout I gave her!

"Gitah Hero"

While at Papa and Nanny's house, Aunt Krissy introduced Madison to Guitar Hero. After coming home, Madison started putting things over her head and neck and making a strumming gesture. When I asked her what she was doing, she said "I'm playing Gitah Hero!"

First entry

This is my attempt to chronicle the daily pleasures of life in the Mongeau household. I really have no idea how to use the features on blogspot, but am hoping I'll learn quickly. Hope you enjoy.
